Professional Experience
Dennis has more than 35 years of experience as a Professional Structural Engineer with more than 30 years experience in the design of cast-in-place concrete and precast/prestress concrete buildings and structures. The design of structures include office and industrial and retail buildings, shopping centers, college and university facilities, restaurants, airports, casinos, hospitals, banks, two baseball stadiums and one marine facility (Northern Shores Exhibit at the Denver Zoo) and countless parking garages. These structures were located in Alabama, California, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Geogia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
In addition to field surveys and observations for both new construction and renovations, Dennis has been a construction manager on some projects, evaluating the best solution for each building project. His valued experience as a design professional in both renovation or new construction as well as material framing systems allow him to evaluate cost-efficient methods for the most effective solutions.
